It depends on the matter, but we'll always give you a clear quote or estimate before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Not always. Plenty can be done by phone and email, though you're very welcome to call in to see us on High Street.

It varies, but it's often around 8 to 12 weeks from an agreed offer to completion. Chains and mortgage offers are the usual things that affect timing.

Photo ID, proof of address and any paperwork you have about the matter. If you're not sure, bring it anyway.
